My husband, Ernie Apodaca, is an elder from the Blackfeet Nation. Elders are mostly Grandfathers and Grandmothers and give their Grandchildren and family Indian names. The elder must know the person that is receiving the Indian name.

I am excited and happy to announce that I am RELOCATING to a NEW STUDIO, hosted by Lucy Dickens, an internationally known artist. As you may know, I have participated in Hidden in the Hills open studio tour for the past 22 years.

Home Again, Home Again, Jiggity Jig!

I wanted to thank everyone who visited me at the Arizona Fine Art Expo. For those of you who haven’t seen this show, it is 10 weeks long, starting mid January and ending at the end of March, 2022. There are approximately 100 international, juried artist exhibiting in a working studio gallery setting. I like being able to have a place where my customers can view my work, and and see how I create my pieces.
